Below you will find important information to ensure a successful school year:

  • Please review the dress code with your students which is linked here: Dress Code Standards - Duncanville Independent School District (duncanvilleisd.org)
  • Please do not drop your students off prior to 8:30 and please pick your student up no later than 4:45. There is not adult supervision before 8:30 or after 5:00.
  • The congressional waiver that allowed free school meals for all students during the pandemic has expired. For the 2022-2023 school year, families who are eligible for free or reduced meals must complete a meal application linked here:  SchoolCafé (schoolcafe.com)
  • Meal deliveries such as Grubhub, Uber Eats and Doordash will not be accepted.
  • Electronic Devices should not be visible during the school day. This includes all cell phones and ear buds. Students will receive a warning; after the initial warning, electronic devices will be confiscated and can be picked up by the student at the end of the day. If cell phones continue to be visible after a warning and being confiscated, parents will be asked to pick up the phone from the office.
  • Bullying (including cyber-bullying), horseplaying, running, hitting, or fighting is unacceptable on campus and will not be tolerated.
  • We are ALL IN and committed to ensuring that we engage, equip and empower all scholars to achieve their unique potential!
